Support is direct and high-touch for hosts and guests who want issues resolved quickly and clearly. Most questions are handled one-to-one with the team so problems get fixed fast.
If you already use Airbtc
If you're already an Airbtc host or guest, use the direct channel you have with the team:
- Message in your existing group chat or DM with the founders / team.
- Share a one-line summary, the URL, and what you expected to happen.
- Add a screenshot if you can, and mention whether it happened on desktop or mobile and which browser you used.
This keeps feedback tight while new stays, hosts and booking flows are being added.

Host-side issues
- Problems logging into your host account.
- Errors creating or editing listings.
- Image upload or display issues.
- Questions about Bitcoin payouts or the sats amounts shown for a confirmed stay.
- Anything that stops you from keeping your listings accurate and bookable.
Guest-side issues
- Problems logging in as a guest.
- Booking requests not behaving as expected.
- Questions about a Bitcoin payment, invoice link or payment status for a stay.
- Cases where a listing page doesn't match what the host intended.
If you don't use Airbtc yet but want to
Airbtc is growing with a focused group of Bitcoin-native hosts and travellers. If you don't have an account yet but want to host or travel on Bitcoin:
- Reach out through the contact details the team shares publicly (site, social channels, events).
- Keep it tight: who you are, where you're based, and whether you want to host, travel, or both.
- If you want to host, link to your place and where it is. If you want to travel, say where you'd like to go and roughly when.
As the network grows, there will be a more open host application and guest onboarding flow.

- A searchable help hub with guides for hosts and guests as it comes online.
- Clear contact paths for urgent booking or payout issues.
- Links to a public status page for uptime and incident updates as that rolls out.
